As each product on our website is custom prepared & we take extreme measures  to deliver the un defected products . Products on our website are eligible for return/refund in extreme cases mentioned below:

1) if product you received  having serious manufacturing damage/defects.

2) you've received totally wrong item, for example: you received turban but the order was of Rumala saheb.

apart from above, no other claim will be entertained and our company will not be held liable for any return/refund for the product and services on our website.

Items may be returned up to 7 days from receiving the order. We only accept resalable items having in its original packaging with the tags attached and in the same state as received, unused and undamaged.
